Bryan Kruman

“Take it apart, learn how it works, make it better.”

About

Builder at heart

I'm a self-proclaimed jack of all trades: I love tinkering with technology, building things, and making good friends along the way. I'm a firm believer that you can do just about anything if you apply yourself hard enough, and I've tried to live by that my whole career.

These days that means Revision Labs, my software development studio, where I'm heads-down on a few projects of my own; before that, years in enterprise technology and open-source development. I'm always pushing to learn more and make things better, and always chasing the next thing worth building.

Experience

Where I've been

2023 — PRESENT · FULL-TIME SINCE MAY 2025

Founder & Lead Engineer

Revision Labs · Pittsburgh, PA

  • Founded an applied-AI product studio building structured intelligence systems — AI products with layered workflows, validation pipelines, and deterministic scaffolding.
  • Author of ReviDotNet, an open-source .NET LLM framework (compile-time prompt validation, agent orchestration, regression-gated self-improvement), published on NuGet.
  • Built and operate BetterNamer (AI naming SaaS with billing and multi-registrar integrations) and GreatDebate (multi-agent political-intelligence platform).
  • Everything end-to-end: architecture, code, CI/CD, infrastructure (Docker/Coolify on OVH), design, and the business itself.

Sales Support Specialist → Account Manager → Senior Account Manager

Pomeroy Technologies · Pittsburgh, PA (remote)

  • Directed product sales and operations for strategic enterprise accounts in healthcare, pharma, banking, and insurance — ~$20M in annual revenue responsibility.
  • Wrote and negotiated the procurement and logistics contract for a ~$75M strategic renewal, won via RFP.
  • Built and led a ~6-person inside account team and its processes: quoting, forecasting, order and inventory management, partner relations, and procurement.
  • Designed and sold enterprise solutions: device lifecycle and DaaS programs, ITSM migrations, Windows Autopilot rollouts, RFID asset tracking, work-from-home depot logistics, and a COVID-era supply-crisis response.
  • Managed OEM and vendor relationships across Cisco, VMware, Fortinet, Zebra, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Microsoft, and Apple; built custom EDI-integrated eCommerce catalogs.
  • Awards: "Elevate 2020" (March 2021) and "Client First" (April 2022).
